IN THE MATTER OF DETENU: [Insert Detenu Name]

1. The detention order was passed mechanically without subjective satisfaction on stale, solitary incidents already covered by regular bail.
2. Vital exculpatory documents were withheld from the Detenu in their known vernacular language, vitiating the detention (Pebam Ningol v. State of Manipur).

PRAYER:
