1. The Detenu was illegally picked up by Respondent No. 3 on [Insert Date and Time] without warrant or grounds of arrest.
2. More than 24 hours have elapsed, yet the Detenu has NOT been produced before any Judicial Magistrate, in blatant violation of Article 22(2).
