PROTEST APPLICATION AGAINST UNLAWFUL HANDCUFFING IN CUSTODY

1. The escort personnel handcuffed the Accused during transit to Court without recording special reasons or obtaining judicial warrant.
2. Handcuffing without judicial permission is unconstitutional (Prem Shankar Shukla v. Delhi Admn.).
