WRIT PETITION UNDER ARTICLE 226 CHALLENGING INTERNET SUSPENSION ORDER

1. Freedom of speech and vocation via the Internet is protected under Article 19(1)(a) and 19(1)(g) (Anuradha Bhasin v. Union of India).
2. The impugned suspension order fails the tests of necessity, proportionality, and least-intrusive alternative.

PRAYER:
Quash the suspension order and restore full telecommunications and digital internet connectivity forthwith.
