REPRESENTATION TO DESIGNATED COMMITTEE UNDER SECTION 69A OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000

To: The Designated Officer (Section 69A), MeitY, New Delhi

1. The impugned post / account URL does not violate national security, sovereignty, or public order.
2. Freedom of expression online is co-extensive with offline expression (Shreya Singhal v. Union of India).
3. Revoke the emergency takedown directive immediately.
