APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 53 OF THE BNSS, 2023 FOR INDEPENDENT MEDICAL EXAMINATION

1. The Accused was subjected to severe physical coercion and custodial assault by the investigating team.
2. Visible contusions and trauma are present on the body of the Accused.
