WRITTEN OBJECTIONS TO POLICE REMAND APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 187 BNSS

1. The Police Remand application fails to disclose any specific discovery or recovery that cannot be made in judicial custody.
2. Police custody cannot be granted mechanically for extracting self-incriminatory confessions (State (Delhi Admn.) v. Pali Ram).
3. The Accused has cooperated fully with all inquiries.

PRAYER:
Reject the police remand application and remand the Accused to judicial custody.
