PETITION UNDER SECTION 528 BNSS TO QUASH PROCEEDINGS UNDER SECTION 152 BNS

1. Disaffection, political critique, or peaceful dissent against government policy does not constitute an act endangering sovereignty.
2. In Kedar Nath Singh v. State of Bihar, the Supreme Court held that speech without incitement to imminent violence cannot be penalized.

PRAYER:
